The problem

Aligned Imaginations needed a managed advertising product for B2B clients with a self-serve dashboard, multi-tenant identity, contractual subscriptions, voice AI, and live ad-platform integration — operated entirely on Azure.

My approach

I designed, built, and operate the whole platform end-to-end: a Next.js 15 static SPA, a Fastify/Node API, PostgreSQL with Prisma, and a multi-tenant Microsoft Entra identity model with separate CIAM and workforce tenants. Stripe drives Checkout, the Billing Portal, and webhook-reconciled subscriptions. A voice AI pipeline on Azure AI Foundry replaced a prior third-party service. Notifications fan out over Microsoft Graph email and Teams Adaptive Cards with independent degradation paths.

Multi-tenant Entra architecture with separate CIAM and workforce tenants and two scoped Graph apps for user management + transactional email

Stripe Checkout + Billing Portal + webhook reconciliation (subscriptions, renewals, refunds, customer purges) with contractual 90-day commitment

Voice AI pipeline on Azure AI Foundry (gpt-4o-transcribe + gpt-4o-mini-tts + gpt-4o chat) replacing a prior third-party service

Dual-channel sales notifications: Microsoft Graph email + Teams Adaptive Cards via Workflow webhooks, fire-and-forget with independent degradation

GroundTruth ad-platform integration with a 12-hour sync cron driving a Recharts dashboard

Azure Blob Storage for avatars + public legal documents

Comprehensive backend docs covering auth, payments, notifications, and storage
